• On Tuesday, May 18th., we took a one day trip to Tarpon Springs, the sponge capital of the world. Mr. Joe Bono of Palm Coast coordinated the trip and used the BTM Travel Group, Inc. Orlando, FL. The bus was very clean and the driver, who I only know as Fred, was courteous and informative. We had a smooth ride with about 55 other passengers aboard and lunched at Pappas, a very nice restaurant. Everything was going great until the end of the trip when we got back to our car. I told my husband that I did not have my purse and must have left it on the bus. I had items in it that would be of no use to anyone else, house/car keys, prescription eyeglasses, my husbands prescription etc. plus a few dollars. Today is Saturday, May 22nd and guess what?, the mailman just delivered my purse at a cost of $5.00 plus insurance, paid by BTM Travel. This was accomplished through the quick and efficient efforts of Karen Umstead, group sales manager at BTM Travel. I wish to thank Karen and the person who turned my purse over to the bus driver and anyone who made this happy ending possible. Gratefully
